The Workshop

Forty years.
One obsession.
I started J&R Elite Floors in 1984 with a truck, a belt sander, and a stubborn belief that a floor should outlive the people walking on it. Four decades later, I'm still here — still measuring twice, still hand-finishing the stains, still answering the phone myself.
From wide-plank white oak to hand-laid Versailles parquet, from forgotten staircases brought back to life to long-lasting laminate done right — every job gets the same obsessive attention. This isn't a franchise. It's my name on the door, and I'd like it to stay that way.
